The contact form can be used to show interest in our products. We use this data to contact you to discuss further details. We might also add this data to our CRM system. The data will be deleted upon your request.
Jobs
The jobs page has a link that allows you to apply via e-mail. We use the submitted data to decide if your profile matches our job. We keep submitted e-mails for a period of 4 weeks after the application round ends.
When we decide to hire you, you will be working with confidential information and therefore a security screening is required, performed by a third party. This party will require that you sign a consent form detailing how your information is used, stored and secured.
Webserver logs
Our web server stores log files which (among other data) contain your IP address and web browser + version. We use this to optimize our website and if needed to investigate security incidents. The log files are stored for a period of 1 year.
Category: Business data
When we do business with your company, we store your company name and contact details as well as the name and contact details of relevant company staff. This information is stored in our CRM system and deleted upon request.
We might add your e-mail address to our (low volume) announcement mailing list to keep you updated on software releases and other important announcements. Your subscription can be deleted upon request.
